The other day, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation issued a bill on raising the price of excises on liquid for electronic devices. The decree is designed for three years ahead, until 2020 inclusive. This budget project will be distributed not only to liquids , but also to electronic devices . The expected increase will be 4%. That is, in recalculation, from one milliliter of liquid will be seized the amount of 13 rubles more, and from each device – about 50 rubles.
This draft budget policy was published on July 11, 2017, for the period 2018-2020. The excise on nicotine-containing liquid will remain at the same level during this period, and already in 2020 reindexation will be carried out, during which prices will grow several times. Considering this, according to the assumptions, the excise rate for liquids will leave more than 13 rubles per ml of fueling, and disposable “electronics” will cost at least 50 rubles.
It should be noted that the vapers have already contributed a considerable amount to the state treasury for the current excises on liquids for electronic cigarettes, only for 2017, which is about 1 million rubles. And this is only for the first quarter. To date, several publications have published with a dozen dissatisfied opinions of players of the electronic cigarette market, on this matter.
